Thinking about taking Zinc to cure your Acne?
There’s lots of research to support taking Zinc for Acne. One of the main reasons that it’s so good is your body uses zinc as an anti-bacterial agent.
Acne is often caused by the bacteria p.acnes which zinc gets rid of.
Many studies show it’s effectiveness orally and topically.
In fact, the latest research shows that it can reduce the incidence of acne by as much as 50%.
Here’s what I did:
I took 20mg of zinc picolinate per day on an empty stomach.
It was very effective at treating my acne and I still use it to this day to keep it at bay.
I also tried some creams such as herbozinc anti-acne cream.
Simply apply a thin layer of cream at night before bed.
It will make your face turn white and powdery so it’s best done when you won’t be going outside.
It’s difficult to wash off with water so keep some oil on hand to rub into your face.
Use the oil and a hot washcloth to get all the excess grime off your face.
You should see an improvement in your acne overnight!
